where is that tenderness?
Alright, so we haven't exactly had the most productive website in the world. That's what is so great about having your own website. You can do whatever you damn well please with it.
Its kinda like when you have a weekend to yourself. The weekend prior to Thanksgiving, Eric was supposed to be writing his paper, so I stayed home. Saturday, I cooked breakfast for LeShawn and then we hit The Book Thing before she went to church. We went in and picked up about 20-25 books each, dumped them in the trunk, went back to the book thing and picked up another 25 or so more. I won't go through them book-by-book, but my personal pickups ranged from political books (Backstairs at the Whitehouse, a Reagan scandal book, one of Kennedy's books), including a biography of Cissy Patterson (not really political, but media-related) to mindless novels -- which should hopefully be read and then recycled again. Unfortunately, they didn't leave the car until this morning. So what do I need for Christmas, Santa? Bookshelves.
Then travelling to Massachusetts came on for thanksgiving. Lots of visiting with eric's family and friends. Mirth ensues. I discovered that I can sleep on a plane. Whenever/whereever I want on the plane. And its very nice when I sleep tarmac to tarmac. What we also learned on this trip -- DO NOT GO SEE THE MOVIE ALEXANDER. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. It was - quite possibly - the worst movie I have ever seen. Call me for details, but just don't see it -- please!
